Synopsis

In an era where public enforcement has lost the people's respect, private detectives have become the only hope for capturing criminals. When a disturbing murder baffles the rest, a down-on-his-luck detective must pull out all the stops to solve it. As he self medicates to hide his spiraling mental illness, he can only hope to rely on his dangerously beautiful partner to help him close in on the killer.
